Arik joined Neopharm Group after 15 years at Medtronic, which was instrumental to shaping his professional and managerial path. At Medtronic, Arik assumed a series of management positions in Israel and Europe, serving for four years as CEO of Medtronic Israel and leading the company's activity in Israel.

Under his leadership, the company's activity in Israel expanded, promoting medical innovation while making advanced technologies accessible to patients and collaborating with the healthcare system.

Arik holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and management from the Open University and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
