DPL specializes in the manufacturing, marketing and export of advanced absorbent products such as: disposable diapers, wipes, adult incontinence pants and sanitary pads.

The company's products are divided into four main categories:
Adult absorbent products – incontinence pants and pads for women
baby absorbent products – disposable diapers and wipes for babies
Personal care products – wipes for a variety of uses such as makeup removal, nail polish removal and eyeglass cleaning.
household products – household cleaning products such as wipes for general cleaning, bathroom and toilet cleaning and dusting.

The company, which was founded in 1994, was acquired by Neopharm Group in 2015 as part of the Group's strategy to expand its activity and establish its position as a leading consumer products company.

The plant manufactures Neopharm's own brands, including Babysitter, Noam, Kwik and I-care.
The plant also produces private labels for local and international retail chains such as Super-Pharm, Shufersal, Rami Levy, Walmart, Tesco, Boots and Carrefour.

The DPL plant represents the Zionist dream: located in the Galilee Panhandle on the slopes of Mount Hermon, in a conflict zone, it provides employment for some 170 residents from the periphery.
