Chen Nissim joined Neopharm Group in 2026 as VP Human Resources.
Chen has more than 20 years of human resources experience in leading Israeli organizations, including Strauss Ice Cream, Unilever and ADAMA (Makhteshim-Agan).
Over the past decade, Chen held several HR management positions at Tnuva, most recently serving as HR Director of the company's headquarters.
In her current role at Neopharm Group, she leads the Group's human capital strategy and drives processes designed to foster an organizational environment that encourages growth and success. These processes include implementing advanced recruitment strategies, managing and embedding changes that meet business objectives, survey and performance improvement,
training and development programs for employees and managers, team building, and organizational belonging and identity reinforcement.
Chen holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the Open University.
