Effi Schneidman joined Neopharm in 2011 as CEO of Neopharm Israel, after 25 years of experience in senior management positions in the pharmaceutical industry, 15 of them as CEO.

Before joining Neopharm, Effi served as CEO of Biotis, the representative of BMS in Israel, and as CEO of Boston Scientific in Israel. Prior to that he served as Marketing and Sales Manager for Pfizer in Israel. He also held senior sales and marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson and MSD.

Effi holds an MBA from the University of Derby, Tel Aviv, and a bachelor's degree from the Hebrew University. He is a graduate of Harvard University leadership and management programs in the pharmaceutical field.
