We have always aspired to excel at what we do. And as of today, we are excellent on a national level!
The moment we heard about the national competition for quality and excellence in the business sector – we knew we had to participate.
More precisely, Keren Moreno, the Group's HQ Quality Assurance Manager, knew we could do it and led us all the way to victory.
So how did it all begin…?
Keren tells the story:
"We received an invitation calling organizations to submit their candidacy for the 2023 National Quality and Excellence Award competition.
I immediately knew it was right for Neopharm. I believed in it from the very first moment. Happily, the Group's management gave its blessing, and we got started.
The process began with writing a booklet describing the organization, in accordance with the internationally accepted excellence model.
The writing involved gathering in-depth, complete and accurate information about the organization.
Fortunately, there was no shortage of material to write about, since our activity is broad and diverse, and the Group values and prioritizes business excellence and is committed to creating value for its employees, customers and suppliers.
After submitting the booklet, the judging panel visited our offices, where we showed them how quality and excellence are manifested in our day-to-day work.
The Group's employees were a critical component of our success. They shared with the judges ideas and examples from our daily work that demonstrate excellence and quality.
My confidence and belief in the Group proved itself, and we were awarded an honorable mention in the competition's large organizations category!
We received the award at a gala evening at the Habima National Theatre in Tel Aviv, in the presence of the Minister of Economy and Industry.
I believe that creating a culture of excellence requires a commitment to continuous improvement.
We will keep looking for ways to improve processes, products and services, and together with all the Group's employees we will preserve the value of excellence — a core value in our culture — by encouraging experimentation, continuous learning and collaboration."

Neopharm Group employees took a break from the office, substituting their meetings and assignments for a day of volunteering and doing good together with the OneDay Social Volunteering Association!
The employees met at a heartwarming residence for at-risk youth and set out to restore the garden, set up seating areas and bring a fresh spirit to the yard 😊
