Guy Kurtzi joined Neopharm in 2026 as CEO of Promedico, after 23 years in senior management roles focusing on supply chains in the pharmaceutical industry and other industries.

Before joining Neopharm, Guy served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Lapidot Medical Group, leading the group's operations and supply chain division.

Guy previously managed the supply chain at the Keter Plastic Group and occupied global management positions at Teva.

Guy has extensive experience in supply chain management and in formulating and implementing operational excellence processes in multinational corporations.

Guy holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Shenkar College and an MBA from the College of Management.

Guy is a member of the advisory committee for the MA program in global logistics and supply chain at the Ruppin Academic Center.
