Nili Fuhrer Rabinovich joined Neopharm Group in 2009 as Design and Innovation Manager and as Ethics Officer. In 2019, Nili was appointed CEO of Neopharm Consumer Products.
In 2025, she was appointed Chairwoman of Neopharm Consumer Products.

During her years at Neopharm, Nili led the process of formulating and implementing the Group's code of ethics. She also led the design of the Group's headquarters building, which received acclaim for its unique, groundbreaking design and incorporation of green architecture. In the field of innovation, Nili initiated numerous cross-organizational strategies, including digital arena penetration, presence enhancement and leadership establishment.

Nili holds an M.Des in design management and a B.Des in industrial design from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design. She began her career as a product designer at Keter Plastic. Participating in exhibitions and competitions in Israel and abroad, her conceptual design work earned wide recognition and international awards. Upon completing her master's degree, Nili was promoted to Innovation Manager at Keter, eventually bringing her knowledge and experience to Neopharm.
