Prof. Eyal Schwartzberg joined Neopharm Group in 2019 as CEO of Neopharm Cure, after twenty years of experience in the healthcare sector and extensive academic activity.

Before joining Neopharm, Eyal served as Israel's Chief Pharmacist and head of the pharmacy and enforcement division at the Ministry of Health. In that capacity, he was responsible for regulating the pharmaceutical and cosmetics market in Israel and was involved, among other things, in outlining the national policy for the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmacy profession. He also served as VP R&D and Innovation at the Sourasky (Ichilov) Medical Center in Tel Aviv.

Eyal is an associate professor, deputy director of the School of Pharmacy, and director of the master's program in clinical pharmacy and regulatory management at Ben-Gurion University. He is also an adjunct associate professor at Long Island University's School of Pharmacy in the United States. Eyal is a world-renowned lecturer on a range of topics pertaining to pharmaceuticals and regulations, and is active in research on medication adherence, digital health and more. He has also published many articles in the professional press, focusing on his fields of expertise.

Eyal holds a PhD in health systems management from Ben-Gurion University, a master's degree in pharmacotherapy from Aston University, UK, and a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the Welsh School of Pharmacy, Cardiff University, UK.
