Tal Rabinovich joined Neopharm Group in 2007 as VP Business Development and Operations at LDD. In 2012, Tal joined Eldan and was appointed VP Strategic Development. In 2013, he was appointed CEO of Eldan.
In 2026, Tal was appointed Chairman of Eldan.

Before joining Neopharm, Tal held various business development and strategic management consulting positions.

Tal holds an MBA in business administration as well as an M.Sc. in electrical and electronic engineering, both from Tel Aviv University.
