Yoav is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in retail. He was appointed CEO of Neopharm Consumer Products in September 2025.
Between 2001 and 2014, Yoav held senior management positions at Kimberly-Clark in the sales and trade division.
Between 2014 and 2022, he served as VP Trade and Sales at Neopharm Consumer Products.
Between 2022 and 2025, Yoav served as CEO of the Freshmarket retail chain and a member of the Paz management team, where he led a significant transition to corporate management that entailed the development of novel processes and the assembly of a new management team.

Yoav holds a master's degree in public administration with a specialization in internal auditing from Bar-Ilan University and a bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Ariel University, where he also served as elected chairman of the student union.
